I need to know can i add DDR3 VGA on this PC???

Hes asking about DDR3 in a GPU not system RAM. Itll work but it wont make much of a difference for gaming. DDR3 GPUs are only slightly better than hot garbage for gaming.

What is your reason to upgrade gpu? It usually comes down to if it will fit the case and your psu can handle it. The specifics of what's on it doesn't matter for compatibility, just performance.

The DDR3 is on the video card, the system doesn't care what type of ram it is.

Due to your systems age however I don't suggest spending any more money on this PC. C2D and DDR3 video cards are just old. If you are trying to game on this, it's not going to happen. i3 and i5s are needed for gaming, with cards that have GDDR5 ram. At this point you have a web browswer or homework PC. Even with an upgraded video card you aren't going to be gaming.
