I ran my virus scanner and sent the results to norton....they said that it
was infected with a trojan.
The file name was msdosx.exe......it was quarintined but it is
unrepairable....recommends that i just delete it....I just need to know if
it's okay to delete this file cause I don't know what it is or if it is
needed...any help would be appreciated...Thank You!

Hi,

Delete it. It is not a normal system file that was infected, it is the virus
itself. The virus was given a name that makes it appear as though it may be
a legitimate file. It is not.
