Which one is stronger pc????
Can i play fifa 16/17 on the 2nd pc??? please answer both questions... thanks

probably the first as it's a better graphics card, but as for the games you want to play, I doubt it will work well.

From what I see you can probably just run Fifa 15..... just

Neither of them meet the minimum required specs for FIFA 16.
Furthermore, the first option wouldn't even work since it's DDR3 when the cpu requires DDR4.
And in complete honesty, i would not recommend such low end specs to anyone.

Depends on the resolution, I guess.

The minimum spec for the game calls for a 9800GT - which the GT710 falls short of.

You're also looking at a modern Dual Core vs very aged Quad Cores, so it's a little tough to say for sure.

I would expect it'll run...... but whether you or anybody else would call it "playable", is subjective.

720p or lower, should probably be doable.
