Need BIOS setting for KHX1600C9D3K2/8GX Asrock Z77 Pro3

Hello,
I'm looking for help on ram settings in bios for KHX1600C9D3K2/8GX on a asrock Z77 Pro3 board

Just giving an update....
Since setting BIOS to XPM haven't had a freeze up in 2 days. Will continue to monitor a couple more days til I consider this one solved.

Had only 1 freeze in a week and a half since using XMP, much better than it was. I'll consider this solved. Thanks for the help everyone.
