I need help,I want a great pc for a good price I really don't have a set budget but don't wanna spend more then 600-700$.

I live near a micro center and i found these deals http://www.microcenter.com/site/brands/intel-processor-bundles.aspx

I haven't picked a power supply/ram/Video card yet but choosing the right motherboard and CPU is the most important.I want a good CPU/Mobo and video card that will play games at 720p/1080p resolution I have a old monitor.I will also be doing a little video editing and photoshop,I want to play games like Skyrim with mods so i think Video memory on a videocard is important.

I like the i7 4790k + Z97-AR LGA 1150 Intel ATX bundle for 384.98$

But would getting the i7 4790k be overkill if i can only get 720p/1080p res? would getting the i3-4370 with a 150-200$ video card be better?I have no plans to buy a newer monitor anytime soon i And would rather play games on low at 60Fps+ then have any kinda of lag/screen tearing.

I could go up to 850$ but I can only go to 720p/1080p res So I i think staying in the 700$ is best.

Maybe next year i can get a better monitor with a GTX 970 or r9 290x ,but i want a strong CPU/Mobo that will have Zero lag with a cheap video card.....I should wait another year to buy the full computer but my current laptop is dying and i need something asap with a good upgrade future.

I really like that videocard,,and I could CrossFire the Radeon R9 290 next year with a better monitor and maybe upgrade the stock fan on the i5 4690k later .

I think i5 4690k + Z97 PRO4 LGA 1150 ATX is best at 269$ after taxes? The asrock extreme 4 is open box and it says bent pins on socket.

Does anyone else have any more good suggests?I think i'll get that Sapphire Radeon R9 290 4GB or maybe http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202099&cm_re=SAPPHIRE_Radeon_R9_280_3GB-_-14-202-099-_-Product -R9 280 with 3gb
