I need some build suggestions under $560 that will be able to play ark and day z on high settings running about 40 fps at 1080p and thanks ahead of time

Will these builds be able to slaughter modded Skyrim because that is what I actually want and I chose ark because I know it's a graphic heavy game but I won't be playing it and can y'all not suggest gigabyte as the motherboard, I've had some problems with them in the past plus I prefer amd and msi and I normally shop out of amazon
