Need Case Recommendations for High End Build

I'm a bit unsure about the case. Will be purchasing everything this weekend.
Also, is the motherboard I picked good? I see some negative reviews on newegg. Avg rating seems low.
I don't have a cd drive picked since some cases don't have it and its very optional to me, if I get a case that can hold one I'll go ahead and grab one, otherwise I will just get a portable one.

What I am looking for in a case:
Fits every part I picked nicely (duh)
Looks decent (I like simple designs), good build quality
Good performance ( cooling-wise )
Somewhat quiet, quieter the better

Looking to spend anywhere from 100-200 usd on the case. (I am located in the WA, USA. I don't have micro center near me)

And finally, any comments/advice for the build is welcome and much appreciated.

Is this for gaming? If so, get a 4790k instead. It actually performs BETTER in games.

I do some other stuff that the extra cores would actually be somewhat beneficial to me, I feel its worth the extra in price.

This was actually the one I was going to pick, but from what I read the noctua nh-d15 is a very tight fit in the case. So will the cooling be not as good?
Looks-wise this case is definitely my favorite out of the ones I've seen at this price range

I just graduated with a computer science degree and multi-threaded programming may be in my future job.
Also I like to multitask a lot.

No multitasking will require or even have any difference on an x99 vs z97 i7. Games will actually run slightly WORSE on the x99 build, I would be pretty sure you need the x99 i7 for your job (I'm confident you probably don't) before you buy.

Awesome, is the air flow in the h440 comparable to the phanteks ethoo luxe?
Also, what do you think about the board I picked, and which gtx 980 do you recommend?
I see a lot of people choosing the EVGA one in their pcpartpicker list

The board is fine. Alot of x99 boards have bad reviews because people do not know how to use them.

I like the ACX 2.0, STRIX, and TwinFrozr 980s, in no particular order.

And I will think about going the z97 route instead.
What would you recommend as a z97 board? I will be needing wifi on the computer.

I never recommend built in wifi. An adapter is always better. It can be replaced if it breaks/ gets old.

I would recommend an i7 4790k ann and ASUS Hero VII on your budget.
