If you are planning to stick with Nvidia cards for a while, I would go go with this g sync one if you can stretch your budget by a little bit.

If you just want a decent one that just works without any special features, I would go with the Asus 4k monitor.

But the cheapest one that is good is this one.

Another one would be an IPS monitor if you want more color accuracy, but at 4k you don't exactly need anymore improvement on the picture quality, only stability. You should only consider this if you are doing stuff like photography or some other stuff that has to do...
reddit says, there a few:

Acer B286HK 60Hz 28.0"
AOC U2868PQU 60Hz 28.0"
Asus PB287Q 60Hz 28.0"
Samsung U28D590D 60Hz 28.0"
Planar IX2850 60Hz 28.0"
Acer XB280HK 60Hz 28.0" - G-Sync support
Dell P2815Q 30Hz 28.0" - 30Hz only
ViewSonic VX2880ml 30Hz 28.0" - 30Hz only
Dell UP2414Q 60Hz 23.8"

Personally I'd go for planar, but dunno if it's available at your place...

You should only consider this if you are doing stuff like photography or some other stuff that has to do with getting good pictures, plus it doesn't show it's response time, but IPS usually has 5 ms.
