It's a very old design, made by ATNG. It could have been called "Good" when it first came out 5 years ago, now it's adequate. It's a far cry from the Capstone, but it should be safe enough to use.
I doubt you'll have any problems with rail distribution, as you won't be using even half of the rated power.
Just as a point of education, the two units are very close in available power.
The Capstone 750W can deliver 62 amps of 12V power.
The RX850-S-B Can deliver 64 amps of 12V power.
The difference is tighter voltage regulation, better efficiency, cooler operation. Still, both meet ATX requirements.
