This is the case I will be using - Rosewill Stryker M - ATX Mid Tower

CPU I'll be using is the i5-8400

Is there any CPU air cooler available at or under 160mm that can remove more heat from a CPU than the Cryorig H7? The H7 is 145mm so I feel like a bigger air cooler should remove more heat, but I may be wrong in this thinking.
I'm just wanting to remove as much heat from it as possible (aka lowest temperature delta), even though I know it can't be overclocked; I just like low temps and it would increase life span slightly.

All help is appreciated. Thanks.

Actually, lowering temps by a few degrees won't increase the life span of the CPU by more than a few days maybe. If your really paranoid about it I would recommend an AIO water cooler instead of air cooling since water is more efficient at moving heat away and will get your CPU much cooler than an air cooler will.
Like this Masterliquid lite 240 https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103252&ignorebbr=1&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC-_-pla-_-Liquid+%2F+Water+Cooling-_-N82E16835103252&gclid=Cj0KCQjwodrXBRCzARIsAIU59TIn905UF7AOjlF9OGg1l5NrFg8wnQdrrwa_EalHnzs0cQgZ7Mxg2eoaAkj1EALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds
should work great for you. You have room to mount it in the front where your existing 2 fans are, also I would look into getting 2 more static pressure optimized fans to add to the radiator in a push pull config pulling air into the case from the outside, this will give you the best temps.
