Budget Range: $1000 excluding peripherals and windows and monitor

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming - using the internet for schoolwork

Are you buying a monitor: Yes



Do you need to buy OS: Yes

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: whatevers cheaper. I have a micro center store close by as well.

Location: Illinois USA

Parts Preferences: I don't care as long as it lasts and its fast and cheap

Overclocking: no cause I want pc to last long. It will probably go years without an upgrade.

SLI or Crossfire: i don't know what this is

Your Monitor Resolution:1920x1080 but I want some decent hertz with the monitor

Additional Comments: I'm broke so if there's any tips on saving money on parts without sacrificing too much performance id appreciate

Waiting would be a good idea to see if AMD has anything in response to Intel's 12th Gen platform but if the system is primarily for gaming and not content creation, then you can get away with a build this year.
