This is the build I wanna get, it's $985.82 CDN tax included. Keep in mind that I am ordering from Canada and there are no additional shipping costs. Also bear in mind that I will be adding another graphics card, harddrive and over clocking in the future. I'd appreciate any comments or if you can find any of the items cheaper, let me know.

You can do way better than that. A 64GB SSD as your only storage device is a definite no. That will barely hold an OS license these days. Buy a mechanical HD now, add a 128GB SSD later as an upgrade. Also get cheaper RAM - you don't need to pay that for an i3 or an i5.

Try this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-3470 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($199.99 @ Memory Express)
Motherboard: ASRock H77 Pro4/MVP ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($79.99 @ Newegg Canada)
Memory: Mushkin Blackline 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($66.99 @ Canada Computers)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($67.50 @ Vuugo)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2GB Video Card ($289.99 @ Memory Express)
Case: Corsair 300R ATX Mid Tower Case ($69.99 @ NCIX)
Power Supply: SeaSonic S12II 620W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply ($85.99 @ Newegg Canada)
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer ($18.00 @ Vuugo)
Total: $878.44
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)
