Hello, I need to know if this build will work, and be efficient. I also want to know if the cooling will be ok.

Are you going to use it for gaming? And if so how many monitors are you going to be using?

The Vertex 4 is an excellent SSD. Alternately consider the OCZ Vector - it's currently the fastest SSD on the market and beats the Samsung 840 Pro on most read - write tests.

if you are going to do 3 monitors with this build you might want to look at the 4gb version of those cards. Even today Skyrim in 1080P with extreme texture mods push the 2GB VRAM.

Well, It is going to be used for gaming, and 1 monitor only. (Maybe 2 in the future) But as of now 1. My real main concern is that my case only comes with 3 120mm fans. Would that be enough to cool the system? ( I play alot of games.)
