Need five-user Bluetooth print server or plain paper letter size printer

I need a small work group printer for five Windows 10 PCs to print monochrome on US Letter size plain paper by Bluetooth. For security reasons, WiFi and Ethernet are absolutely out. The Bluetooth protocol allows up to seven connections; Is there a five-user Bluetooth print server or printer with Bluetooth which will print with no repeat no WiFi (not even WiFi Direct), Ethernet, or USB connection? Budget $1,000. Expect never to print more than 100 pages a week, so either inkjet or laser OK,, but must print 8.5" x 11" on plain paper.

I work with security restrictions and I am surprised that bluetooth is OK but wired ethernet is not. I am also surprised that you can find client devices that are bluetooth but not WIFI.
