I am looking to up-grade my PC to enhance its performance. I run w 10 and my PC has a Gigabytes H110M-S2H motherboard with a Samsung 1 TB EVO SSD and currently 8 GB 2133 MHz DDR4 RAM. My query is will an up-grade to 16 GB of RAM help improve performance? The data in the able shows the Task Manager performance data to give some guidance on how my system is currently performing. I use the PC for photo editing / lots of browsing / word processing but no gaming.
Look forward to you replies.

Solution
For photo editing and multitasking, 16gb is a good idea.
Look in task manager memory tab and find the hard fault page rate. If it is anything above zero, you can use more ram.
If that's your statistics while using the computer in the scenario you described, I wouldn't worry about it too much. You could add some more RAM if you want to feel a bit better about lowering the usage % but I don't believe it's going to improve performance based on the data you provided.
