Question Upgrading CPU and replacing my second M.2 ssd with a newer one, can't find my old m.2 ssd in bios

First ever post and english is not my first language. I can't seem to boot up windows from my first m.2 SSD after replacing my old second m.2 SSD, so I installed windows on my new second m.2 SSD. But i can still see all the old files and windows setups of my first m.2 SSD, that i want to keep. My old second m.2 SSD did not have any windows on it. I'd also rather just boot it from my first m.2 SSD. and use the new second m.2 as extra storage.

I think it has something to do with the new cpu and bios updat i did for said new CPU, could anyone help or explain the reasoning behind this issue?

Probably bootloader was located on the drive, you replaced.
After you replaced drive with bootloader, pc was not bootable anymore.

Anyway - connect all three drives. Boot into windows and show screenshot from Disk Management.

Also list specs of your system and all storage devices.

I can't connect all three drives because my motherboard only has space for two slots nvme ssd's, but here are my specs:

OLD CPU - R5 5600X
new CPU - R7 5700X3D
GPU 3070 TUF GAMING
MEMORY 4 X 8 CORSAIR VENGEANCE PRO 3600 MHZ
NVME M.2 SSD #1 - 970 evo plus
NVME M.2 SSD OLD #2 INTEL SSD 600P series
NVME M.2 SSD NEW #2 990 EVO PLUS
MB : MSI MPG X570 GAMINGPLUS

Ok ..
then boot with
#1 SSD and new #2 and show screenshot from Disk Management,
Then boot with
new #2 and old #2 and show screenshot.

What are capacities of all those drives?

BTW - you could install third M.2 drive by using M.2 pcie adapter.
OK so im on my second account because i lost access to the first? I have done the following:
test 1 #1 m.2 with new #2 m.2:
- m.2 #1 970 plus
m.2 #2 new 990 evo plus
Result: in BIOS I can't seem to find the 970 one so i added windows on the 990 plus.

test 2 new #2 m.2 with old #2 m.2:
- m.2 #2 NEW 990 evo plus tb
m.2 #2 OLD INTEL SSD 600P series
Result: I can only boot from 990 evo plus. basically same result as test 1.

test 3 pre-upgrade setup:
- m.2 #1 970 plus
m.2 #2 INTEL SSD 600P series
Result: it now boots from my 970 plus which was already the case before i upgraded. to the new SSD.
Diskmanager sees the 970 as the one thast boots and bascically does everything

It means that the problem is not with the cpu or bios update because of test 3.
