Need For Speed - Hot Pursuit (2010) Black Screen During Startup

This is the 7th time I have reinstalled NFS Hot Pursuit 2010 and applied the crack.But when I click on the application.exe, a black screen appears and it keeps on and on.

I have an i3 processor and I read some topics on the forum that Quad Core processors may face similar errors so I turned Hyper-Threading off but still it doesnot start even in "Run as Administrator" mode.

I have Windows 8 64Bit.However I also cant run it in Windows Xp 32 Bit and WIndows 7 32/64Bit.

I have tried using DxWnd but I don't know how to use it.

Please HELP!
