Need For Speed - Hot Pursuit

I have the same problem with need for speed-Hot Pursuit, where it keeps lagging though all my drivers are updated besides the high graphics I have which is GTX 590... Help please coz I can't find any reason for this problem

Does any other game lag like NFS: HP 2010?
