Need for Speed Most Wanted

Hello, I've got slight troubles playing the Need For Speed Most Wanted game well. Could you please tell me which graphical setting or settings to turn down in order for it not to slow down quite so much, which is making it almost unplayable at times. One minute it's running at 60fps plus and other's it seems to hit about 25-30fps. I'm running a Intel Core i7-3770K clocked at 4.4Ghz, 16GB Ram, 1 670 AMP and Windows 8 with all drivers up-to-date. i heard it is one of the major problem for the game. if you try looking around about the issue there are tons of people complaining they can't make the game to run 60FPS stable even using high end cards such as GTX680
