Need for speed THE RUN.how to escape from the car

Hello,
if some one have played THE RUN.plz can some one tell me HOW TO ESCAPE FROM THE CAR IN 1ST LEVEL AT THE BEGNING?

it tells you at the bottom of the screen which keys to press

but should be these for controller or for keyboard in this order

X or enter
B or space
Y or left shift + enter
A or left shift + space
