Need for speed underground 2, wont worrk Speed2.exe error

i have the game with a no cd patch that says speed2, it loads into the game then goes bacl and windows back to my normal screen with *speed2.exe has encounted an error etc etc,

please help me

its better for you to reinstall it ^^
