Need Gaming PC Upgrade Advice

Hello, I have had this PC for a while now and have some extra money to spend on some upgrades, I am looking for the best bang for buck upgrades that will really improve my system's performance while being relatively cheap. Thanks for the help guys here are my parts.

At the moment you should invest in an 8GB kit of RAM (2x4GB kit, and no you shouldn't keep your old RAM). Other than that you can't do much of an upgrade, but if you save up a bit more you should also upgrade to an Rx 470.

Not really. Anything from a reputable manufacturer will do. Don't need anything very high speed either, 1600MHz will do fine.
