Need GPU under 15000INR

I need a perfect gaming GPU under 15000INR.I play on 1680*1050 resolution.

and if I don't overclock the CPU(coz I don't know),still bottleneck,do I can see difference(much or not much)

Its very easy to overclock.It is even easier to overclock black edition cpus.You have to increase the CPU multiplier.Thats it.Also hundreds of guides are available online for advanced overclocking.
A decent 500-600Mhz OC is easily achievable.And yes you would see difference.

You would get signs like frequent BSODs,freezing etc.Damaging your CPU is extremely unlikely because it would just restart and set the system to default.

A phenom can oc past 4.0ghz on air as i have personally managed this.

Don't you think that's too extreme for a newbie??Also overclocking beyond 4ghz on air is very rare.In most reviews they couldn't get past 3.9Ghz.
