Expansion slot (i think thats what it is called): PCI-E 2.0 x16

Im a total noob to this computer stuff. Gpu, cpu, this, that, and everything makes my brain hurt. It took a week to find all that out and work up the nerve to open my tower. Im not sure what else info you guys will need. I hope none. If someone could help me out here i'd very much appreciate it. Been very annoying finding one let alone getting and holding the money for one

Solution
As your system can currently juggle an R7 250, I'd see no reason why it can't run a 750 Ti. They both consume the same amount of power, around 60-ish watts, so I don't see any problem.

"required 400W"

Requirements are overestimated deliberately to allow for wiggle-room, for low-quality units, as well as the fact they don't know what else is in your system. In your case, considering that it can already power an R7 250, and the PSU doesn't look too bad, so you should be fine! It will serve as a decent upgrade :)
Right, it seems that your power supply doesn't have a PCIe power connector (I assume the +12V 4-pin listed is for the CPU, and I doubt you could use adaptors), which means you're restricted to cards that can draw enough power from the expansion slot itself, unfortunately very few (gaming cards at least). It's quite a low wattage supply, paired with an R7 250 that requires no aditional power. This basically means you're quite restricted in terms of GPU choice. You do have the option to upgrade to a GTX 750 Ti, which is better than your current card, although you can afford better in your price range.

My advice is to buy a new ~500W unit (the EVGA 500B for example), and swap it out (check that it's not fixed into the case first). You should have no problem as all of the connections are ATX standard. Then, with the left-over money, you'll be able to get a card like the GTX 950, or maybe an R9 380 2GB, or something along those lines.

Alright, I appreciate your response. I'd still appreciate other opinions as I am just asking random people. Do you think that the gtx 750 would do a much better job than my radeon r7 200 series? If it handles games with a easily notable difference then i'll just go for the gtx 750. Money problems just showed up so its looking now like i can either get the gtx 750 or nothing. Also i went and looked around at amazon and newegg and it said that it required 400W...Is that a problem?

Alright. Thank you very much. I wont lie im a little confused im just told i have a r7 200 series, but I posted all the info I have and you seem to know I have an r7 250. Pretty much seems like my only option anyway and im trying regardless. Appreciate it.

I must also add for anyone to buy the best buy cyberpowerpc gamer ultra...its called an X-nova when I got the box, but it was still VERY VERY VERY hard to find out info of this computer for me. I know for sure there are no youtube videos. So hopefully this will somehow help someone else unfortunate enough to get the same comp as linked above.

AMD's GPUs are identified by their series on GPU-Z and dxdiag, something I see as a bit odd. I'd have thought they'd put it in the product title, as it should be one of the most important things, as opposed to HDD space and RAM. Anyways, under specifications tab, Best Buy does identify it as an R7 250. Feel free to ask if you have any more questions or concerns. :)

(Edit: In response to your other message, it seems the X-Nova is the case, that Cyberpower used, so there's no worries there 😛)

Alright, Im glad you are nice. lol. Last time I bother ya I hope... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487025 Is THAT the gtx 750 Ti I should buy? One of my other biggest problems are all the names of the same thing! Look at that long name of everything jumbled together! Bah. Anyway, if that isnt it, could you provide a link for the right one? I dont know if there are different versions of the 750 that will or wont work. As soon as I find the right one and Im about 90% sure its right I'll buy it the second I lay eyes on "Add to cart"

Why? 😛 That's absolutely fine. PCI express 3.0 GPUs will work in 1.0 and 2.0 slots, so there's no compatibility issues there. That card would do fine. If you're on a tighter budget and what something a tad cheaper, this will do too :)

Oh, fuck...Awesome! Thank you very much. Imma buy it now. Much appreciated
