Need help! About PSU and AVR compatibility.

I'm planning to buy a budget gaming PC but I just knew that it has 600W PSU. I already have a 500W AVR that I thought I could use. I don't want to buy a new AVR since I'm really low on funds. My question is that can my old 500W AVR handle a 600W PSU or should I just buy a lower 500W PSU?

The specs are:
Dual Core A4-5300 3.6Ghz Processor
Gigabyte / MSI FM2-A55 Motherboard
- ATI Radeon HD7480D Graphics
- Built-in LAN
- Built-in HD Audio
8GB(2x4GB) G.Skill RIpjawsX RED DDR3 1600
Hitachi Desktar 500GB 16MB Sata 6Gbps
PC Case w/ 600W Power Supply (No given Brand)

The question really is "am I drawing more than 500W?". No, you are not so, your 500W AVR should be able to provide enough voltage to the PSU. Just a quick guesstimation puts your system draw at less than 300W. You should be fine with your current setup (I'm going to add here that a no name PSU that comes with a case probably isn't going to work real well over the long run), you may want to replace the PSU just on general principals.

Thank you sir C12!, but I forgot to mention that I will plug in the AVR a Speaker (No Brand) and a 17" CRT Monitor which I found out to be around 90W. Also, I will be playing games like GTA IV, COD, NBA2k13, Far Cry 3, Some old and new games that my PC can possibly play. I will be playing them on settings that my PC can handle. So, will it still not reach more than 500W if given these conditions?

If it is an amplified speaker, you'll need to account for it's draw also but I'd think you'd be nearing 500W at that point (assuming a <20W speaker). I know I wouldn't look to add more onto it without first using a "Kill-A-Watt" meter to check the actual draw.
