Second M.2 slot doesn't support sata M.2 drives.
What is model name of of your second M.2 drive ?
Are you sure it's NVME and not SATA M.2 ?

If it indeed is NVME, then show screenshots from
Disk Management,
Device Manager - disk drives and storage controllers sections expanded and
Windows Storage Spaces (Control Panel/Storage Spaces).

its ADATA m.2 2280 1TB

about my spec & bios

https://www.mediafire.com/folder/xdz6kf7r3rx5i/M.2_Slot

In BIOS - Advanced/Onboard Devices Configuration
it shows only M.2_1 slot.
There should be both M.2 slots listed (M.2_1 and M.2_2)

When you updated BIOS to version 3001, did it go normally?
May be try re-updating BIOS to latest version or
try previous version 2801.

Can you show a photo of your system with side panel removed?
Is M.2 drive properly inserted? Are gold contact pins on M.2 drive visible?
With properly inserted drive they should not be visible.

Please show screenshots from
Device Manager - Disk drives and storage controllers sections expanded
(in your screenshot you're showing System Devices section)
and Windows Storage Spaces (Control Panel/Storage Spaces)
If the drive appears in Storage spaces, then remove it from pool and
delete the pool.

Nah it make sense while i'm read the manual book Z490-a

Storage support

the 2nd slot doesn't support sata m.2 driver, so I will try to change NVME in the 1st slot to 2nd slot, and SATA M.2 from 2nd slot to 1st slot.

Thanks a lot SkyNetRising, I will back soon inform you
