Need help and advice for this build

I'm building a simple workstation computer and no gaming. Is this build good enough? I'm not going to overclock it.

CPU: Ryzen 1600x
MOBO: x370 Asrock Taichi
GPU: Galax 1060 6gb Exoc White
RAM: G.Skill Trident Z RGB 3200mhz
SDD: Samsung Evo 960 500gb
HDD: 1 TB
CASE: Silverstone Redline Series RL06(I chose this because i've read that it's one the best thermal performer and has a good cooling performance just by the case itself). 

What would be the good or best PSU and Cooling for this setup? Should i go for air-cooling or water-cooling? 

I'm going for white theme setup. And I will use 3 monitors with this. Thank you very much.

Budget and location plz. What do you mean by workstation? What programs do you use? U want ips monitors for photo editing or just the normal ones? Include the monitor budget in your follow up.
