need help asap

i'm changing my pc case lenovo h520s because i want to add a graphics card and case is to small for bigger power supply and graphics card its a micro atx (im pretty sure) but there are 2 things. 1. there is this box (you can see it on the back of the computer https://gyazo.com/694c812d7432f22809ecf2891dfa1a7f) and i dont know what it is heres another pic of it in the computer https://gyazo.com/e24aa9c36141356a26249107168d3b54 it here is a grey wire going to that black box i dont know what it is also there is another wire a black one going off that grey thing but u cant see it what should i do about this ?
2. i want a r9 380 in it which is PCI Express 3.0 my mother board pci just says pcie 16x will it work??

If the card physically fits in, I don't think it will be a problem.

Black box is location for WiFi antenna on models that have this optional feature.

Motherboard features the H61 chipset which is PCI Express Revision 2.0. Generally, an R9 380 will work in a PCIe x 16 rev. 2.0 slot.

Thanks mate and i kinda sorted it out now apparently that black box is for wifi but im not sure how i can take it off
