Need help asap

So i downloaded MSI Afterburner just to find out i cant overclock my Radeon R5 330 graphics card, but to the point i restarted my PC and then failed to start it up, it fails nearly instantly, i managed to delete MSI afterburner in Command Promt but no effect.

Can you boot into 'last known good config'?
Are you performing any other OCing (CPU, RAM, bus)? If so, try resetting all BIOS OC and voltage settings.

Solved, booted into safe boot and deleted drivers for graphics card solved it.
