Hey guys

Im using the killer holiday deal by Intel to hopefully build a new pc. I have two builds set up that I need opinions of. One is an MSI dominant build because I'm told MSI is the better quality at the moment. The other is a mixed build. Readings reviews online has just taught me that apparently computer parts will break down in a week, so I would rather avoid that. These builds are priced in between $1000 and $1200 which is where I would like to keep it. As well feel free to post opinions and suggestions

Don't put too much stock into brand names especially when it comes to motherboards. Asus, ASRock, MSI, and Gigabyte are all relatively equal in terms of performance and reliability. Also, reading reviews can both a good thing and a bad thing. Every computer part ever made has some negative reviews. Every brand will have some bad parts/ I have personally witnessed motherboard failures from every major brand on the market.

Ironically, storage and power supplies are two areas that I feel getting a good brand is important. Despite their overall good reviews, I would stay away from Corsair's CX line of psus. They are not terrible, but you can get much better units for not much more money if any. I prefer units made by Seasonic(XFX and Antec) just from personal experience. I also prefer ssds by Samsung and Crucial.
