Hello everybody as the title says i need help building a $1200 dollar gaming PC i would like to play games at 1080p at 60 fps or better and i need a mouse,keyboard and monitor i really need help i am not very PC savvy all help is appreciated.

this build is 50 dollars over budget but if I stayed at 1200 dollars I would have to get a graphics card that's the next tier down, trust me I would spend the extra 50 bucks... anyway here's what I came up with... http://pcpartpicker.com/p/D3mR6h the graphics card is a gtx 980 which is the best you can for gaming get besides a titan, or a crazy powerful professional rendering graphics card...

Thank you for your build but i dont need windows like i said i just need a build and monitor and mouse and keyboard.
 


A high end video card paired with the cheapest low budget motherboard you can find does not make a good system.
The hard drive you picked is an NAS drive not designed for regular consumer use.
The Cougar PSU you chose is made by HEC, making it a tier5, not worthy of use under any circumstance, possibly a dangerous fire hazard. If you really want to help someone here, try making them a balanced system from quality parts they can use for years to come and not a bunch of cheap crap so you can put in a big video card.
