Need help building a $500-$800 Pc

I'm looking to build a pc around the 500-800 dollar range. Please note that I am located in Canada, so all prices must be in CANADIAN DOLLARS. I plan to use it to play games such as GTA V, Overwatch, CS:GO, Stellaris, etc. I would like to run these games at 1080p med-high settings at 60fps. I have a hard drive and a copy of Windows 10 plus all peripherals. If you can get it at the lower end of the budget please do so. Thank you to all who answer

Honestly the only difference between my build and CTurbo's build is RAM the case and PSU.
