Need help building a pc for recording

Hey guys, second post on this forum you guys are great. I am trying to build a pc that I will use to record my console game play through my gaming monitor with an elgato hd60s. I will also be streaming possible. Not sure if I will use the integrated streaming feature on ps4 or not. So possible streaming, recording gameplay to edit down to make live commentary gameplay, or montages, clips, etc for my call of duty sniping youtube channel. Budget is about 500. What do you guys recommend? Thanks!

For capturing/live streaming, you just need a quadcore cpu with its integrated gpu like the 7500 in a b250. Have 8gb of ram and a ssd to make things snappy.
