Need help building a pc.

I am from Indian and I wanna buy a gaming pc with a budget of 2 lakh inr i.e. 3000 USD.
I need everything except for Keyboard and Mouse.
I would really appreciate a GTX 1080+ i7 6800 build.
So please comment the rig. Thanks in advanced

If your budget is that then just go for dell gaming PC's, they all are perfectly made for gaming only.
