Need Help Building an Emulation Machine

So I want to build an emulation machine for my dad. He only plays the retro classics. I want it to handle the (S)NES, Game Cube, N64 and arcade games. Maybe the PS1 as well though that's leaning more towards his children's era. We had a PS1 back when it first came out but he rarely played it. I don't think he'll want to play anything else since he really only appreciates childhood titles. This is what I have right now but I honestly have no idea how well it would run anything so a little help would be appreciated.
