first time builder , wonder if this build will help me play games like BF3 or MW3 on max settings. Need help on which parts i should switch or is this going to last me for the next 2-3 years :). I do appreciate the help from the people that are nice enough to give me advice

CPU cooler: Hyper 212 Evo

You should cut some money on other things and get a 7870 (MSI Twin Frozr II OC) if you want to max out games... even that might not quite get it. Get a Corsair 400R as a case, and an ASRock Extreme3 Gen3 as your motherboard. Get a 7870 with the money you save. By the way, none of the links work.

Your GPU as is will not max out BF3... a 7870 would strain. Ideally, you would get a GTX 680... if you can.
