Need help building my first ever gaming pc on a budget. $600-750 range

Hello all. I need some help with building my first ever gaming pc. My budget is in the 600-750 dollar range. Some things to help you guys more
- I'm only doing 1080p gaming. If i want to upgrade i will just ask later on down the road
- can play on high and possibly ultra if i cannot do ultra then high is fine right now
-high fps if possible
- i want to stream as well as game
- good looking case with room to upgrade the parts or to add onto it
- i am also not a tech person so some of this lingo is new to me so cut me some slack please
I have a neighbor who can build it for me as well as install windows 10

Not interested in a pre built unless i have to. I want to stream and game on 1 pc. I am not sure a ryzen 3 will cut it,

What vapour suggested will meet your needs. You will want to get an SSD as your first upgrade. Alternatively, you might get the SSD now so you don't have to reinstall Windows later and buy a storage drive later.

isn't a SSD used as a boot drive typically and use the big 1tb mechanical hard drive to load the game fast?

SSD loads fast as well. A mechanical HHD is slow and used for storage.

My build does not include an ssd which you can add later, yes it will improve booting and game loading speed but FPS is the same as HDD.

Your CPU comes with a cooler. I wouldn't recommend that case actually as it has 1 intake fan. This case is better.

yes, many cooler master cases are good, 100R is good budget choice, but need an extra fan.
