Solution
-i9 9600k with a good aftermarket cooler. Ryzen is good but much more focused towards content creation like video editing and having multiple different demanding applications running at once. 9600k has up to 5.0 ghz oc potential under standard water cooling while being well priced. You dont need 16 threads to play almost any game out there, and wont for a long time.
-rtx 2060 will do great and is just a tad more expensive than the 1660ti but will offer better performance + future proofing with DLSS and ray tracing. Also way more competitively priced than the 2070. 70 series has been kind of a ripoff as of late if you ask me.
-any z390 mobo, depends on budget and overclocking tho
-at least 16 gb of ram, g-skill or corsair 3k+ mhz
-Any...
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/J44zcY You didn't post a budget but this is a great build. If you wanted you could spend more and get a 2080 or i7-9700k, you could also spend less and downgrade cpu to ryzen 5 2600. If you give me a budget I can do another for you.
Looks like a great build, I was wondering though would the 1660ti work? I know it’s a bit cheaper because I kind of did not want to go over 1200

-Any well known and reputable PSU brand 750w 80+ and at least bronze rated, preferably gold.
If I wasnt on my phone I could offer links and more specifics but thats my take on it. Intel is just more mainstream as is nvidia, which means more support for any issues compared to AMD.
-For peripherals, Idk much about monitor brands but I cant recommend the k series corsair keyboards and hyperx cloud series headphones enough. Love them personally and ive had pretty good experiences with razer mice.
