Question Need help building the "best" PC.

Hi!

I'm sorta a noob at computers. I know how to assemble one, but actually picking parts isn't really my strong suit.
Cooling and storage I got covered, same for a case.

I don't care about price (obviously not a threadripper) but a 4090 is able to go into the build. I'm looking for the best of the best I can buy right now.
I've already been corrected on the fact that an 9800x3d is better than a i9 14th gen, which I would've never known.

Can someone help me and build a system for me?
Motherboard, GPU, CPU (which would be a 9800x3d I've been told), and RAM. And if needed a powersupply, I got a 1050W one right now.

If possible white too, I'm really hoping I'll be able to make a white PC with the "best parts".

Thanks so so so much in advance <3 :)

What country are you located, what is your budget, and what is your resolution or do you require a gaming monitor?
Ah yea sorry! Forgot to mention that. I am located in the Netherlands. I don't really have a budget for the components I mentioned above, so like I said a 4090 would totally be fine, I am just really lost in the cpu-mobo-ram combo. Monitor is not needed/taken into account. I have one already. I play both competetive and single-player. So with one I focus on FPS and on the other I focus on quality like Cyberpunk for example (still wouldn't like 30fps tho haha). The highest res I'd game at is 1440p

I didn't add a gpu to this build for the simple fact that the RTX 5090 and 5080 are due for release next month. Nvidia stopped production of the 4090 and 4080 months ago in order to focus on these new cards and because of that the prices of the 4090's and 4080's are insane atm. This cpu down below includes onboard graphics meaning you can use your PC until you purchase one of those new cards next month.

Thank you so so much!

I really picked a bad time to build a PC, I'm impatient as hell and because I'm so excited to get it, but it seems waiting a couple of months for the 50 series may be the way better choice.

Is the 7800X3D better over the 9800X3D? Or is it because it has integrated graphics. Like I said, I am really clueless:cry:
And would it be possible to buy 2 kits of that RAM? To get 64GB in total? Or is that complete overkill and a waste of money?

In any case, again, thanks alot!

That cpu is out of stock in the Netherlands but you can get it from a German retailer.

Ah yea I didn't even think about that🤦‍♂️And with the screenshot you sent I can see it doesn't even make a huge difference, so I'll for sure be getting the 7800 then. Would the integrated graphics be sufficient until the 50 series comes out? As in, could I play for example CS2 with a "good" (like 100fps) framerate if you know by any chance?

I'm not sure if those integrated graphics are good enough to game with ... best bet would be to look at some benchmarks.

I would not count on getting one of those until mid-summer.
Damn it's that bad? Would it be better/worth it to just buy a 4090 then atm instead of waiting? I don't think we can know how much better the 5090 would be obviously since it isn't out yet. Or was the 4090 so much better than the 3090 that it's worth the gamble this will that amount of difference too

Going by what happened with the 40XX release, yes, it is/will be that bad.

'better' and 'worth it' is all up to you and your needs.

Yea fair, when I hit post I was like I guess worth it/better would be subjective.

Thank you both so much for the help, I think I'll just wait until the 5090 series and then pray and hope the 9800x3d will be in stock again at that time too. Knowing myself I'll probably be too impatient tho, lol
