Need help buying a new graphic card

Hello everyone
My system specs
And A10 7850k
Asus mobo
Corsair 1600mhz 4gb ram
500W PSU
Lenovo old case
1366*768 resolution

First I thought to buy gtx 950 but the price is way off.It is almost same price as 960,is 950 good value for money?,also is 4gb Ram enough for gaming or should I get 8gb

Or I should get 750ti and 8gb 2400mhz ram , both together is same price as 950

I suggest getting the 950 and 8gb of ram. If your budget allows, i would get the 960 over the 950 though.

950 is much better than750 and 8gb of ram is not necessary at the moment. By the time it is, 950 will be too big of a bottleneck for you to care about limited RAM.
