After doing some research I came up with 2 builds but the problem with 2 builds is i don't know which is the best and what I want :/ So I decided to ask. Which build would you go with?

ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0... $140
AMD FX8320.... $140
XFX R9 285... $209 or Evga GTX 960... $209 or Sapphire Radeon R9 280... $180
= $490 / R9 280 = $460
(Overclocking the parts)

Z97S SLI KRAIT EDITION... $110
Intel Core I5 4590... $200
XFX R9 285... $209 or Evga GTX 960... $209 or Sapphire Radeon R9 280... $180
= $520 / R9 280 PRICE... $490

Don't really care about overclocking at this point and I realize I can't overclock the Intel. This has to be my budget range for the 3 components. I don't live in USA, currency exchange blah blah. This is all for gaming as maxed as we can get. Which system will last me the longest and max most modern titles (Anti-Alasing too) (GTA 5, Far cry 4, AC unity etc) ?

Solution
The asus m5a97 r2.0 (not the le though)
The msi 970 gaming

Honestly though if the gigabyte 970a-ud3p is available in your area then its quite simply one of the best 970 series boards around.
The Intel build obviously mate.

The thing you've done wrong there though is the 6300 should be paired with the m5a97 board & the 8320 with the 990 board.
I personally wouldn't use the m5a97 le board -definitely not with an 8 core chip - it will manage the 6300 though but there are better boards at that price point.

LOL. Wasn't expecting such a fast response. Yea i taught so about the Intel of course :/ but which card would you go with? and if I did this...

ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0... $140
AMD FX8320.... $140
XFX R9 285... $209 or Evga GTX 960... $209 or Sapphire Radeon R9 280... $180
= $490 / R9 280 = $460
(Overclocking the parts)

Would this be a better solution than the Intel in terms of price to performance? Where Iive even $40 USD makes a difference XD...

I'll be honest - I have both a 6300 & a 8320 - there is barely any difference between the 2 when it comes to gaming.
If your budget is that tight then stick with the 6300 is my advice.
I don't like the m5a97 le board though personally and the 990 boards cost a lot more & would be an unnecessary expense.

Are there no other 970 series boards available to you ??
I'm thinking of expressly these gigabyte boards
970a-ds3
970a-ds3p
970a-ud3
970a-ud3p

I'm not a big Gigabyte fan. 🙁 but I would prefer an ASUS or MSI boards. Do you recommend any of those? Which graphics card makes sense too?

I'll go with the Gigabyte if money squeezes me (mainly VRM 8+2) otherwise the Intel is the way to go. With the Gigabyte 970A-UD3P and the FX 6300 which card is the best?

XFX R9 285... $209 or Evga GTX 960... $209 or Sapphire Radeon R9 280... $180?
These exact models in particular.

Bang for buck it would normally be the 280 even though its the least powerful card.
That's at a different price point to the prices you've listed above though - in the UK/USA its pretty much £40/$70 cheaper .
With a price difference of only $29 its hard to recommend it.

I would edge towards the r9 285 on current game benchmarks but you will always get games that are biased towards nvidia.

They're both good mid-rangers ,just too close to call mate seriously.

I'll go with the R9 285 because of the bit bus and the bells and whistles we get with AMD since its so close :/ Thanks for all your help :)
