Okay so i am buying a new monitor, and cant decide between these three..

I have heard that 1080p is too low for 27" screens, is this true? And should i go for the XB241H then?

Or should i spend a little more to get the XB241YU, which is the same as XB241H just with 1440p aswell.

Is 1440p needed with a 24" screen? And will i get to take advantage of it with my GTX1060 6GB?

Or do you guys have any better alternatives?
The prices for the screens in Norway is:
XB241H: 460$
XB241YU: 517$
XB271H: 517$

true on the never going back part. the gameplay looks more smooth/fluid in G sync. wen u go back to V sync, u will feel the game is choppy.

for the GTX 1060, a 1080 g sync is good. even a 1070 or a newer card will work fine with 1080p 144hz, not to say that ur games to will be more demanding by then.
The XB241H is overpriced
The XB241YU is pretty nice, some people don't like these ultrasharp displays, I do
1080p at 27'' is not so nice

Your 1060 will struggle with 1440p though.
If you're going for the XB241YU you can lower the resolution to 1080p in games where you can't push your frames to acceptable levels without having a 'bad' image though

Okay, but since the XB241H is overpriced, would it be better for me to find another monitor without G-Sync, for a much lower price? Is G-sync really worth that much? For example the ASUS VQ248QE, i can buy for like 240$. And it seems like G-sync is the only difference between that and the XB241H.
