Need Help choosing between GPUS

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: Next 30 days or so

CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: GEforce Nividia GT 220 (happy with it but want to upgrade and its too noisy) Ocz 500w Modstream pro

OTHER RELEVANT SYSTEM SPECS: MoBo - Asus p8z68v le , CPU - undecided but likely i5 2500k (once on sale), Ram 1600 8 gig (2 sticks) not an issue can get more if needed for particular GPU

PARTS PREFERENCES: Open to either ati/Nividia but found Nividia more user friendly for me (novice computer geek)

OVERCLOCKING:No / MaybeSLI OR CROSSFIRE: No

MONITOR RESOLUTION: Using a 32" lcd tv

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Looking to spend up to $160 CDN (value is important), like cards with a vent. Minimal gaming, at most want SWTOR to run smooth.

Open to all opinions as I am new at this and been a while since I researched. Here are the ones I am looking at.

The computer I'm typing this on has an HD 6850 in it. I love it, great card. Since it can max out Bad Company 2 (not BF3) I'm pretty sure it would play SWTOR just fine. Its also at a GREAT Price right now, most affordable it has ever been.
