Need help choosing between these 2 PSU's.

So I'm upgrading my GPU for my dell inspiron 660 to a gtx 960 along with a 430 watt gpu. But I could use some help chossing from which of these 2 brands I should buy:

Neither! The EVGA is a little better but neither are very good. What is your budget for the psu?
