So I am looking to upgrade my current PC and I need help choosing which components. A couple things to mention is that I already have a Case, PSU, and an SSD. Btw I would like to get a monitor too that is included in the final price max budget is $700. Wondering if you guys could recommend me two systems, The first one being a newer system (AMD or Intel) that uses DDR4 ram and the Second system (Intel) that could use DDR3 since I already have it?

(hope not too confusing)

Current Pc Specs:
FX-6300 (stock cooler)
MSI Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance 8gb (2x4)
Gigabyte GTX 960 4gb
Corsair TX650
500gb seagate hdd
120gb ssd
Nzxt S340

Ps. I would like for the motherboard in the system you recommend to be ATX please I just prefer.

Reuse your storage, case and PSU. This build is for potential streaming/rendering as well. If only for gaming, get 8400:

But the AM4 platform has ~3+ years of upgrade potential, so really makes it the way to go for the money.....in my opinion. Being able to start with a 4core/8thread, and be able to step up to 8c/16t Ryzen2 in a couple of years is an wonderful value.
