Need help choosing my memory

My new setup consists of a MSI Gaming 5 Mobo , Core I7 4790K , MSI GTX 970 GPU. Now i'm a bit unfamiliar on how Ram works. I know the timings and CaS is better the be as low as possible. Im giving you what i narrowed my choices down through research or recommendations. I will be using it for high end gaming and streaming on Twitch.tv

I think Hyper X series are great! For Twitching, I think you'll have to go for 4X4GB or 2X8GB.

The Corsair are the best sticks at 1866/9 and generally always OC easily to 2133/10 (Fury 1866/10, Ripjaws are 1600 and can generally OC to 1866/10, the Crucials are 1600/8 and might OC to 1866/9 or 10)
