Question Need help choosing my new DDR5 64GB RAM

Hello everyone, I will be building a new PC in the coming days and I would be grateful for your input regarding my choice of RAM. My specs will be:
RTX 5090 MSI GAMING X TRIO
AMD 9950X3D
Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360 A-RGB (might go with the 420 version if I change my case)
Corsair HX1200
Corsair MP700 PRO SSD 4TB M.2
MSI MAG X870 TOMAHAWK WIFI


and for RAM I think ive narrowed it down to a couple of options, these are:
1) Corsair Vengeance 64GB DDR5 6000 CAS Latency (CL): 30-36-36-76 (CMH64GX5M2B6000Z30)
2) G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB 64GB DDR5 6000 CAS Latency (CL): 30-36-36-96 (F5-6000J3036G32GX2-TZ5NRW)
3) Adata Lancer RGB 64GB DDR5 6000 CAS Latency : 30-couldn't find the other timings (AX5U6000C3032G-DTLABRBK)
4) Adata XPG Lancer Blade 64GB DDR5 6000 CAS Latency: 30-couldn't find the other timings (AX5U6000C3032G-DTLABWH)
5) Kingston FURY Beast 64GB DDR5 6000 CAS Latency (CL): 30-36-36 couldn't find the last timing (KF560C30BBEK2-64)

So far, everywhere I have looked the majority say the sweet spot is 6000 28/30CL for AM5, while the minority says 6400 30/32CL, that is the reason I am only looking for 6000 30CL kits.
After stating all of this, my questions are:
a) Should the timings after the first (30) matter to me or are they mostly irrelevant?
b) I have seen people saying that some models do not include thermal pads on the IC's, would that be a deal breaker? And how can I know if the option I am choosing has thermal pads?
c) Should I be looking into 6400-CL32 or is 6000-CL30 actually the sweetspot for speed and reliability?
d) Do you have any other recommendations or advice for me? If you have any specific RAM kit recommendations, my budget for RAM is 300-350 euros MAX (preferrably 200-280 euros)

I should state that im looking for speed, stability and reliability but with emphasis on stability and reliability, I am not looking to squeeze every single frame out of my RAM or overclock them, I will ONLY enable AMD EXPO and nothing else, will not touch my RAM after that.
 
Solution
The sweet sot is DDR5-6000MHz since they are reasonably priced. You can also look into DDR5-6600MHz dual channel ram kits with tight latencies if the price bump isn't much above DDR5-6000MHz.

a| They shouldn't matter if you're not going to be fine tuning it.
b| Pretty much all ram kits with a heat spreader will have a thermal pad sandwiched between the IC and the heat spreader.
c| Either will do, tighter timed DDR5-6400MHz would be a good thing to hunt for.
d| Where are you located? What is your preferred site for purchase?

I should state that im looking for speed, stability and reliability but with emphasis on stability and reliability, I am not looking to squeeze every single frame out of my RAM or overclock them, I will ONLY...

Then the above is practically moot, just pick any ram kit off the shelf hat has AMD's E.X.P.O advertised on it, keeping within DDR5-6000MH\z and DDR5-6600MHz with tight latencies, that doesn't cost an arm and a leg and call it a day. Practically all ram come with lifetime warranty, meaning as long as the ram is in production from their respective factories, you're honored warranty(this ties in to the thermal pad point).

Thank you for your reply and your advice! I will be looking into 6400-6600mhz with CL32 or less and compare the prices to 6000mhz.
I am located in Greece and I do not have many options in regards to different companies for RAM, I can find mostly corsair, kingston, adata, g.skill, patriot and a couple of teamgroup.
So my takeaway from your comment is what matters is I find a kit that is 6000-6600mhz, 28-32CL and has AMD EXPO, and I should be ok "forever" after enabling expo in the bios, correct?

If your looking for every drop of blood focus on all the timings.

To keep it simple.....6000 cl30.
