Need Help Choosing Parts for PC! (First Build)

Not sure about After Effects CC, but Sony Vegas works better, with AMD cards. None of those systems, would I accept, due to power supply choices. Single stick of ram should only be done if the board only has 2 ram slots. Otherwise, 2x4gb stick is the preferred route, for dual channel. I do not recommend such an expensive case, for such a low budget build either.

I would probably go with something more like this.
