Need help comparing a slightly older monitor with a new one

I currently have an NEC MultiSync 24WMGX3 which is kind of old now and I'm considering upgrading to an Acer Predator XB241H.

I'm wondering if there will be a noticeable difference in quality across the two monitors? Is the TN panel on the Acer going to be worse than the AMVA on the NEC? It will be used mainly for gaming, some movies etc, just general PC things. I'm using a GTX 1070 so I want a monitor with G-Sync and the Acer is the cheapest one I could find.

I've got an iiyama TN & it's better than some AMVA screens.
