[SOLVED] Need help connecting my Case Fan Controller to Mobo

Hi! I have a Z390P mobo and a ThermalTake V200 Case. The Case comes with 4 fans, 3 of which are already connected to a controller. I've linked up the controller to the mobo via LED, but nothing seems to be turning on with the fans.

You need to also provide power to the controller. There should be a power cable off of that controller that connects to either a molex, sata, or fan header.
